Assisted living outside California isn't listed yet. Also: hospices, medical equipment suppliers and funeral homes. Records rebuilt 2026-10-25; always check the official record before deciding.

What we never do
No commissions

No paid rankings
A community can pay to add photos and pricing to its page, marked Sponsored. It never changes the order, the public record or the reviews.
Never share your charts
Clinical notes, diagnoses and medications live in a separate, encrypted chart that only you can open. They never appear on the family page or in emails. Client records and charts are hosted under HIPAA business associate agreements (BAAs), and we sign a BAA with care managers who need one. Pairlo is a tool for your practice, not a care provider or placement agency.
