Terms of use
Last updated October 25, 2026. Pairlo Care (“Pairlo”) is operated from Laguna Beach, California.
What Pairlo is
Pairlo is an information and coordination service. It publishes facts about senior living communities from public records, lists care managers and other professionals, and gives care managers a page to share with the families they work with. Pairlo is not a health care provider, a home care agency, a residential care placement agency or a referral service, and it does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
The directory
Facility details come from the California Department of Social Services (Community Care Licensing) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. We copy them regularly, but the official record is the source of truth: check it before you decide. Information a community or a professional adds to its own page is theirs; we don't verify it. Communities may pay for a Sponsored profile, which is labeled. Payment never changes the order of results, the public record, or which reviews are shown. Pairlo does not charge communities per inquiry, per lead or per move-in.
Reviews
Reviews must be your own experience. Don't post a review if you work for, are paid by or are related to the owner of the place or person you're reviewing. We read reviews before publishing them and may decline or remove ones that break these terms, but we don't remove honest reviews because they're negative.
Care managers and families
A care manager's services, fees and agreement are between the care manager and the family. Families reach their page through a private link; anyone with the link can see what it shows, so keep it private and ask the care manager for a new one if it's shared by mistake. Don't put medical records or identification documents on Pairlo.
No warranty
Pairlo is provided as is during early access. To the extent the law allows, Pairlo is not liable for decisions made using the site or for the services of any community or professional listed on it.
