What we collect

What you send us: your name, email, phone and message when you contact a community or a care manager, join the list, claim a page or write a review. Care managers add what they choose to their client pages: names, family contacts, updates, appointments, to-dos and time. We ask care managers not to store medical records or identification documents on Pairlo. We also keep basic usage data to run the site.

Who sees it

An inquiry goes only to the community or professional you contacted, plus Pairlo staff who make sure it's delivered. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with other communities. A client page is visible to its care manager and to anyone with the family link; updates the care manager keeps private stay private.

We use service providers to run Pairlo (hosting, our database, sign-in, email delivery and file storage), under agreements that limit how they use the data.

Your choices

Every list email has an unsubscribe link. Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at hello@pairlo.care. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete.
