What counts as a client?
Each person you're managing care for, with their own page and family link. The free plan runs 1 open client at a time. Close a client when you're done and the slot frees up; their page stays readable.
Do families pay anything?
No, never. Families open the private link you share. No login, no app to install, no fee.
Do you take referral fees or a cut of my rate?
No. Pairlo is a tool you pay for, not a lead seller, so there's never a conflict of interest in what you recommend. Communities can't pay us per inquiry, per lead or per move-in either.
Is this a place for medical records?
No. Pairlo keeps coordination: updates, appointments, rides, to-dos, the care team and where documents are kept. Keep clinical charting in the system you use for it.
How do I pay for Pro?
By card, from your dashboard: monthly or yearly. Pro switches on as soon as you pay. Change your card, download receipts or cancel anytime under Manage billing; downgrading never deletes your work.
What's Pearl?
Pairlo's assistant. Paste rough visit notes and Pearl writes a warm update for the family, plus the to-dos and appointments it spotted, for you to check before anything is shared. Families can ask Pearl what's coming up. It answers only from what you've shared.
